SALES AGREEMENT
Customer acknowledges receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom
measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from
swatches. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without
exception. - I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold as is. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.
- I understand that once a dress purchased has been taken out of the store, the responsibility for any damages on the item will not be held to The Copper Penny of London because it is in my own personal possession.
- I understand that the sales associates will acknowledge any noticeable damages to my item and that any damages found after I have left the store will not be fixed or replaced by The Copper Penny of London.
- I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a
separate charge. I further understand that I will not hold The Copper Penny of London liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
I understand that there are other formalwear stores in the area and will not hold The Copper Penny of London responsible if someone else attends my event in the same dress. - I understand that should the event be cancelled, I am responsible for providing timely notice to the formal wear store. I will be responsible for full payment of all merchandise ordered and bought out of stock.
- I understand that all sales are final and are neither returnable nor exchangeable. No Exceptions. I have read and understand all Store Policies and agree to the terms and conditions therein.
SPECIAL ORDER AGREEMENT:
Customer acknowledges placement of special order and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- I understand that once an item is special ordered with the vendor, no changes can be made to size, color, or item ordered. If the item is no longer desired, 100% payment made will be forfeited.
- I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from swatches. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without exception.
- I understand that if the item ordered arrives in the wrong size or color, The Copper Penny of London will contact the vendor to work on a replacement, but they will only offer what the vendor offers as far as shipping time frames and exchange options.
- I understand that I have the final say so in which size and color is ordered and cannot return or exchange an item based on my decision to not like the item fit or color when it arrives.
- I agree to paying in full in order for the dress to be ordered.
I understand that once the dress arrives I have 30 days to pickup my dress from the store. - I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge. I further understand that I will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
- I understand that should the event be cancelled, I am responsible for providing timely notice to the formal wear store. I will be responsible for full payment of all merchandise ordered and bought out of stock.

- PROM/PAGEANT LAYAWAY:
Customer acknowledges placement of layaway and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. - I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom
measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from
swatches. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without
exception. - I understand that I must put down a minimum of a 25 percent non-refundable deposit.
- I understand that I have 90 days to pay out my dress.
- I understand that within the first 30 days during the 90 day layaway period, 50 percent of the balance
must be paid. - I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold as is. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.
- I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a
separate charge. I further understand that I will not hold this store liable for any alteration
inaccuracies or errors. - I understand that there are other formalwear stores in the area and will not hold The Copper Penny of London responsible if someone else attends my event in the same dress.
- I understand that should the event be cancelled, I am responsible for providing timely notice to the

BRIDAL LAYAWAY AGREEMENT:
Customer acknowledges placement of layaway and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
- I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom
measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from
swatches. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without
exception. - I understand that I must put down a minimum of a 50 percent non-refundable deposit.
- I understand that I have 30 days to pay out my dress once I have been contacted that it has arrived.
- I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold as is. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.
- I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a
separate charge. I further understand that I will not hold this store liable for any alteration
inaccuracies or errors. - I understand that should the event be cancelled, I am responsible for providing timely notice to the
